Self concept at someone influenced by several things. Appearance of physical is mastectomy clearly will influence how someone assess their self. This research will test difference of self concept at patient of mastectomy evaluated from age factor, where self concept as variable depended and mastectomy as independent variable. population of this research have location in Sanglah Hospital at denpasar with amount of patient counted 94 people. Sampel taken by counted 74 people by using method purposive sampling. Data collecting conducted with scale concep self (rxx=0,8000, valid= 30 item). Obtained data be analysed by t-test (t < 40 year equal to 2, 7067 while t > 40 year equal to 2,6318). So that earn researcher make summary that there is difference of self concept at patient of mastectomy evaluated from age factor, where patient which is have age under 40 year more natural trouble at self concept compared to which age to 40 year above.
