Beside that, D-III English Program also expects that On the Job Training program could be one of the ways for the students to promote their ability and skill to any kind of institutions or job fields. It may also be able to help the institutions or companies, which needs new employees. OJT program is actually expected to be able to bring many advantages for both students and the Diploma. Secondly, from the perspective of the students, this OJT program is to give useful experience and knowledge about the real work world so that they begin to think forward on what steps should be taken in the future. And it can also build students own personality, mentality, honesty, responsibility, and good performance. Last but not least, this OJT program is the base for the report writing assignment or final report / final exam for D-III English Program Merdeka University graduates.
