The development of globalization era in this time has bearing many changes in each division of life. Based on this reality, students should have something better than other competitors if they want to be the winner. For this matter, D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang conducts On the Job Training (OJT) Program for its students.
In the OJT implementation, the writer has done her OJT in Finna Golf and Country Club Resort for two months (on June 1st – July 31st 2006). In her OJT, the writer found new experience about the real working life and everything about services knowledge especially in Receptionist and Marketing. In her report, the writer is interested to discuss the importance of cooperation existence between among employee’s in Marketing Department at Finna Golf and Country Club Resort. Because the writer is sure that cooperation among the employee’s can increase the number of the guest at Finna Golf and Country Club Resort.
The writer think that On the Job Training (OJT) Program is very beneficial program for the students of D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang. Since it can make its students be more professional in the future. In fact, On the Job Training (OJT) bring all parties to the better work life style. Therefore, the writer hopes that D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang will give more attention to this program achievement.
