World has experienced globalization era. Based on this reality, students should have something better than their competitors if they want to be the winner. For this matter, D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang conducts on the Job Training (OJT) Program for its students.
In the OJT implementation, the writer has done her OJT in Bank Jatim Branch Office Malang for two months (on June 1rst – July 31rst 2006). In her OJT, the writer found new experience about the real working life and everything about banking knowledge especially in Multiguna Loan. In her report, the writer is interested to discuss about the simple procedure of applying Multiguna Loan in Bank Jatim branch office Malang. Because the writer is sure that the simple procedure will bring advantages both for Bank Jatim itself and debtors.
The writer thinks that On the Job Training (OJT) Program is very beneficial program for the students of D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang. Since it can make its students be more professional in the future. In fact, On the Job Training (OJT) brings all parties to the better work life style. Therefore, the writer hopes that D-III English Program of Merdeka University Malang will give more attention to this program achievement.
