COOL CLEAN Company manufactures wet tissue. But they often manufacture low quality wet tissue, such as: no water resistance and untidy. Consequently, there are so many useless packaging. It is caused by the company does not have a god quality method that can be used to detect quality changing more exactly and faster, as soon as the product degrades its quality.
The method used in wet tissue packaging quality control, are: (1) Acceptance sampling method, where acceptance sampling used is single sampling. Acceptance sampling is used to reject or achieve wet tissue packaging in order to get standard tissue packaging. If the packaging is below of criteria, so the company rejects it, vice versa. (2) Seven tools approaching, such as: check sheet, control chart, pareto diagram, histogram diagram, brainstorming, scatter diagram, and fish bone diagram. Quality control aims to find problem sources in order to get good quality tissue packaging, and then find problem solution to avoid no water resistance and untidy packaging.
From analyze in brainstorming, we can find the cause of no water resistance and untidy characteristic from fish bone diagram. The main causes are: different work power, tired body, too thick or too thin polycello material, packaging size is not deal with early setting, shaking wet tissue maker, managing sealing thermal, filling perfume based on feeling, lack of machine care, broken machine, not proper pressing.
