Though in Industrial Majors Technique have applied 5R Project but Room of TU still have never been applied 5R, hence from that conducted of research of this final duty expected 5R can assist work Staff of TU in conducting management of administration. Like from result of perception in room arrange effort (TU) seen Ordner, Biodata Student, Map, Paper Test, and some mussy still other equipments because of repository exist in room of TU its insufficient capacities to accomodate all document exist in room. And seen from esthetics facet and accuration of this is matter very is bothering of work Staff of TU, for the Ordner Of, Biodata Student, Map, Paper Test, and some equipments whereas moved to other place. Because of the document very required by Staff of TU in management of administration hence from that needed by document repository like Cupboard of Multifungsi balmy, peaceful, and efficient aim to to assist in moth-balls document or file which still into peaces.
Method weared that is by applying 5R with aim to neaten mussy documents and arrange room of TU. After conducted applying 5R and room have natty but still needed repository like Cupboard of Multifungsi difficulty in order not to look for required document. Cupboard of Multifungsi designed as according to requirement of user (Staff of TU) by conducting intake of data of antropometri adult human being (Staff of TU) by paying attention existing methods in ergonomis.
Pursuant to result of data processing and analysis which have been conducted in this Final Duty, result of formulation of data about desire of Staff of TU obtained from result of Interview and measurement of data of antropometri to Staff of TU can be yielded Cupboard of Multifungsi able to arrange document or file, as for detail of the cupboard shall be as follows: that amount of door two, glass door materials, amount of drawer two, box cupboard handel, colour pattern of politur young brown, materials cover of backside cupboard of triplek, thick of glass 5mm, wood type of triplek, depository form of rack map unload tide, repository form of ordner rack.
