Malang City has many kinds hotels and one of that is Tugu Hotel Malang. Tugu Hotel is the best hotel and has good reputation in Malang. Tugu Hotel was a very famous hotel in Malang because it has own characteristics and has good service for the guests. Tugu Hotel has 49 rooms and many facilities for the guests, such as: boutique, meeting rooms, antique gallery, apsara spa and bar. Tugu Hotel was design like a big house to provide the guests who stay in, feel at home.
The writer was placed at Tugu Hotel Malang and during OJT in there, he worked in Front Office Department as a Bell Boy. In his job the writer had to face many problems. One of that is the lack of coordination between each department, this is made the work could not maximal.
The writer got experience and knowledge from OJT at Tugu Hotel Malang that he could not get from university. OJT is a good program from DIII English Program Merdeka University because give the direct experience about real working.
