The globalization and the world changing make the competition in working life become harder. Based on this reality, so students should have something better than other competitors if they want to be the winner. For this reason D3 English Program conducts On The Job Training (OJT) as one of their programs.
In the OJT implementation the writer has done his OJT in Bank Jatim Malang for two months. In his OJT the writer found new experience about the real work life and everything about the banking system especially in Credit Division. In this report the writer are interested to make the Credit Division policies as the main report, because the bank policies could become one of the important things in supporting the bank growth. And the writer also found two kinds of problems that occur in the Credit Division during his OJT. First is about the trainee confident. The writer thinks that the trainee does not have to be afraid in socializing with the other employees as long as we are still in the right place. The second problem is deal with the banking management itself. The writer thinks that the Credit Division should give more attention in giving accurate information about the bank facilities and the procedures in taking credit so a miss understanding problem between the bank and the customers will not happen. Beside this problem the filing management of the Credit Division should also be improved. Because of the filing system is very important especially when there are any regeneration of the staff or if there are any inspection from the Central Bank.
At last the writer think that the OJT is a very beneficial program for the students of D3 English Program, the D3 English Program, and for the society itself. Because this program will brings all parties to the better work life style which is could be more professional in the future. And because of it is important so D3 English Program should give a special attention to this program achievement.
