Basicly every company has the main aim to get the optimum profit. The coffee company “Sumber Agung” Malang is a part of industry which produce the coffee powder “ cap jalak” which is devide into 9 kinds of its product, also the companys’s problem is has not finished to make the production design which mix into the company’s history data. Production has done if the raw matherials is ready serving without doing the calculation about production also some alternatives. So, it so possible the product reture is done, course the company doesn’t get a lot of profit because many cost hast lost for the production process or it can be changed by the sell of company’s product coffee. However, storage of the main raw materials of coffee’s seed in a long time is not give a big effect especially decreasing the quality of production.
According to the problem, the production optimation to decrease the risk of product reture also the profit calculation in its company after optimation which use linear programming method. The important stept are starting by doing design calculation to know about the demand of product in the future by understand in history, also calculate the smallest mean absolute deviasion. Then, make an aim function and limit function to get calculation of optimation production before doing the automatic calculation by software QSB version 3.0.
The result of the SumberAgung coffee company malang for the optimation production, so the profit will get from all selling product “cap jalak” with decrease product reture is Rp. 33.631.709,-
