DRP method is a method that try to make product distribution planned schedule that right quantity and right time. Then can make lower cost who will done.
Every company will always try to fulfill consument requirement with right time and right quantity. So, a good product distribution product must be number one, then must done a good principles distribution schedule for all network distribution level.
Distribution system in PT. Miwon Indonesia is not so bad. But the writer find a some way method that can make more good distribution schedule while can make a lower cost.
The first of way to make a DRP is forecasting must be done in demand file, looking for safety stock, demand fixed to future, make a lotting until principles distribution schedule will done and make lower cost.
Conclusion that the writer done are :
1. Produce product planning distribution for 9 month later. We can see in the enclosure.
2. Produce cost efficiency procentages after used DRP method are Rp 50.474.000,-.
