Technology that so modern in this era, so “House Scout System Based On SMS and equipped with CCTV Camera” can be a solution to avoid or to prevent theft at all times can happen everywhere. Because, by existance arround the housing setting or even in the office setting.

In this final assignment the writer makes a device and applying the SMS (Shot Message Services) technology and Camera Technology (CCTV) to the Scout Field that exists in the house. Where, there are two infrared censors and photodioda inside the house, Placed at the door and at the window, those Censors will give signal to the device if the door or the window is opened torcely, then the device automatically Send Message through Computer to the owner of the house through technology of SMS by message in the windows and the door are opened.where as the camera captures Motion Object is capture by the camera than recorder by the computer.

In examining of the device that it can work well and got in receiving and delivering Massage which it is caused by the SMS Center that Sometime is very busy. So, this device is very infhiential, when SMS Center Provider Phoncell is busy, so that found delay. Whereas, Alarm function as a reserve System, where that System will anticipate teh possibility if computer System does not work or gets trouble.
