Pengaruh dimensi nilai budaya power distance dan dimensi nilai budaya masculinity terhadap komitmen organisasi : suatu kasus pada PG Krebet Balulawang (CD)+(cetak)
This aim of the research was to identify the influence of power distance and masculinity to the commitment of organization. The variables involved in the research were dependent variable and independent variable. Dependent variable was the commitment of organization, independent variable were power distance and masculinity. The hypothesis of the research was that power distance and masculinity influences the commitment of organization. The populations for the research was 138 employee on PG. Krebet Batu, Bululawang, Malang. Sampling methods applied was proportional random sampling. The collection was utilized three Likert scale questionnaire: commitment of organization (72 total items), power distance (72 total item), power distance (72 total items) and masculinity (72 total items). Validity examinations used Pearson Product Moment correlation for the commitment of organization scale showed that 30 items were not valid and 42 items were valid with coefficient correlation range of 0,219 - 0,695. The result of validity examinations for the power distance scale showed that 32 items was not valid and 40 items were valid with coefficient correlations range of 0,234 – 0,724. And result of validity examination for the masculinity scale showed that 30 items was not valid and 42 items were valid with coefficient correlation range of 0,228 – 0,645. The reliability test using coeffience correlations Alpha Cronbach showed that the reliability coefficient for the commitment of organization was equal to 0,9174, the reliability coefficient for the power distance was equal to 0,9072 and the masculinity scale of showed correlation coefficient equal to 0,8743. Those coefficients showed that the scale were reliable . The usage Regression Analysis to analyze indicated that the F = 43,715 with significance level of 0,000 and coefficient correlations of 0,393. The data analysis result prove that the power distance and masculinity does affect the commitment of organization.
