Each and everyone surely wish an achievement in the work that he did, particularly at network marketing business. Network Marketing represents business by searching and inviting others to join, if others joining, they will become assets which later become member achievement. High or lower labour capacity was because of many matter, but in this research, high or lower labour capacity can be seen from how big a member had organizational commitment and self-efficacy. Target of this research is to know how big influence of organizational commitment and self-efficacy to labour capacity. Subject of this research are 100 members of Golden Star Persada network marketing that exist in Malang. Measure instrument that used is Likert scales which have been modified. Data analysis in this research use 2-predictor analysis. Pursuant to data analysis hence obtained result that Fhit > Ftab that is 11,863 > 3,07 with level of significant equal to 0,000, its meaning there is very influence of significant between organizational commitment and self-efficacy to labour capacity if measured together. Pursuant to its coefficient, R2 show value equal to 0,197. This means independent variable that is organizational commitment and self-efficacy are able to influence dependent variable that is labour capacity equal to 19.7%.
