This matter is influenced by 2 especial matter that is : limitation of depository warehouse and product variation of which all kinds of. Because not yet been scheduled better hence needed to time is packaging process very old, and next process that is delivery of product also oftentimes experience of delay.
On the basis of above, hence needed a[n schedule in course of its packaging. As for method the used is with approach of heuristic. And approach of heuristic the used is method of MRP ( Material of Requirement Planning ) which have been modified. To be modified in this case is because of method of MRP is an method for the planning of supply, while at the case is scheduling. Therefore existing MRP system altered by at procedure and his/its terminology so that can be used to finish the case. As for step taken is by analysis existing schedule by moving forward or setting back tidy schedule which must be done/conducted so that its production capacities as according to wanted by type is consumer as well as according to existing warehouse capacities.
And from usage of method above, hence company can determine regular tidy schedule, so that company can determine whereof which must be tidy, how much/many amount which must be tidy and when process packaging must be done. earned determining of schedule , hence time process its packaging also earn minimization. As for time efficiency the yielded is equal to 39,9%, so that time delivery of consumer hand product also earn is immediately done/conducted and delay of process delivery of consumer hand product earn minimization.
