This case stimulate me to getting know more about Communication science specially in Financial Public Relations. Location of this case is in PT. Astra International Toyota Auto 2000 Malang as a biggest automotive corporate, which in other hands if we compared with another mark in automotive, Auto 2000 has a biggest market share of automotive in Malang.

PT. Astra Toyota Auto 2000 Malang located in jl. Letjen Sutoyo 93 Malang. Examination worked by doing an interview with branch manager Auto 2000 to knows about planning programs that built by center company to make an optimal Customer Satisfactions. Interview continued with Sales executive which directly faced with customer in application, Sales executive can describe how can he implemented companies programs to make customer satisfactions in his daily job. Observation also doing during an examination, to knows what company does to serve customers will with world quality and makes customer satisfactions.
After the examinations over, we can see task describes in written about how programs that planning and implement by Auto 2000 to make customer satisfactions using Financial Public Relations as media and basic limit Astra by self. Auto 2000 for more than 30 years has show existence to world that can make customer satisfactions and press complain which seldom appear in business activity.
