In this feature, the growth of technology was so fast, when we doing a job, we needed a voice playback device which can be an information that has been schedule. In this case we used the device in a factory. The aplication of this voice playback has been used by people, such as door bell,ect, we could no select the specified the track of recording in design of this device, the writer want’s to diplay how to record a voice to the EEPROM and playback it again with a microcontroller as the controller, the RTC DS1302 kits are as a clock input that we want to. The voice that has been recorded can used PCM format, minimum 11 KB/s. The results is that the voice that can we playback normally same as the original voice after we gave an input from thew RTC(Real Time Clock) and if the clock data was similar with the local area time, then this device playback the voice same as the RTC, example:

If the clock that has been sett’s according with the local area time, then this device can playback the voice same as the local area time at the present time.
