The basic of science and technology about milk product was the milk water, because milk was a good nutrition for the disease, we must do the pasteurization process to avoid the disease and the damage of milk from microorganisms and enzyme, there’s two kind of pasteurization process, holder method and high temperature short time, in this case the writer used the holder method which the heating process used 65°C constant for 30 minute. This process used a microcontroller as the controller in this process.
Microcontroller AT89S51 was used in this automatic milk pasteurization controller plant and the realization, with LM35 as the temperature sensor was used to sets the temperature in 65°C when the process was doing and the output from the sensor changed by the ADC into a binary, then the microcontroller can processed the data. Microcontroller in this project was as a brain in controlling every kits device was made so we don’t need human to control it.
The topics of this final assignment were about the design and build the hardware and software the system of the automatic controller pasteurization of raw milk. This final assignment is used full for the writer as a learning process about the microcontroller it’s self, and for the peoples at the present.
