Nowadays, English is needed by every human being to communicate with each other in every life aspect in the world. English is international language. However English language is one of the important factors in company to improve employee’s skill. The writer chosen’ The Importance of English in Improving Employee’s Skill at PT.Kertas Leces Probolinggo - (PERSERO) as her title, because in this company needed English to improve employee who has some English skill to communicate, operating tools, and reading documents with described in English. Therefore, the writer want create that the company needed English to improve employee skill with purpose to capable overcome their work.
The OJT program held to giving much experience to the students. The students doing ON the Job Training program to train more adaptable with condition on working life And to promote their potential as a worker. So the OJT program can giving training to the students whom has a good mentality in the real working life
The writer conducted OJT program at PTKertas Leces Probolinggo. PT. Kertas Leces at Probolinggo has training program to the employee to increasing the quality of employee’s skill one of the example the training is English course giving to the employee with different level. Beside that, The writer works in human resources departement as staff training officer. The writer as training officer with has assigned in joining in the English course and translating the book of career planning the writer in this company giving teach to the employee 3 times in every week.
