In line with the development of technology, communication is getting easier because many kind of means of communication are available in more sophisticated form. Nowadays, people can communicate with one another very easily, not only among people in our country but also among those in the whole world. They can communicate with other people over the world by making use of means of communication.
The aim of this program is to train the student to face working environment. The participants of OJT are hoped got the experience in work field so they are ready to compete with other persons who have more experiences to work. The chosen place of OJT have relevancy to the subjects of the participant got. Participants did the OJT in the right place; it means that the place of OJT has a good image. This condition would develop the student’s work. In addition, OJT gives added educational value to the participant.
