From the OJT program the writer can write her final report for fulfillment her study in D3 English Program. The OJT which is take in Tugu Hotel Malang is replaced her as the front officer. During her OJT, the writer felt that this program is required to the students to proved themselves in real work. During the OJT the writer could write her title’s final report by many analyzes in her daily work.
The OJT Program is make the writer can draw some significances . First, it can be a means of giving working experience as well as training to the students so that they are able to work in any field. Second, it can be place to train themselves mentally and physically in the real work. Third, it can be place for them to apply the theory that they have got from the university. Fourth, it can be place for the students to learn how to adapt with environment which have various characteristic. Fifth, it can be place for the writer to get more knowledge by knowing the process of work. Sixth, it can be place for the writer to know the work place needed for their employee
