The product quality is one of an important decision to develop a product competition that has to give a satisfaction to consumer and give more or at least same quality than other product quality is defined as a totality from the product characteristic that increase its use to satisfy the function specification.
Company Of Sarung Tenun “Pelangi” Lawang is industry which active in weave case production. To get a high quality product, it need good Quality Control , that is an activity to keep and make a quality of product can be kept as in tended. It can be practiced by using three ways : material approach, production process approach and the last product approach. To keep a product quality standard is by using 7 tools, that is a tools to help solving a quality problem from the statistic that are : check sheet, cause and effect diagram, pareto diagram, histogram, stratification, scatter diagram, and control chart graphic.
From the 7 tools analysis if and be known that the broken product type in the company of Sarung Tenun “Pelangi” Lawang dominated by product surface of cloth seen harsh and cloth color less flatten. To avoid this broken (error), the factory has to give more attention to the material, production process and the last production result to make a good as consumer need.
