Aplikasi metode linear programing untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan pada CV. Indah Cemerlang Singosari (CD)
CV. Indah Cemerlang represent manufacturing business which producing stone paving with various size measure and type. As for type of paving produced stone at this company is type stone paving of straight / box, bishop, diagonal / hexagon, block flower, block grass, three and berlian of SS. So far company not yet determined optimalisasi from each made product type, so that got to be advantage to be felt by not yet is optimal. Is for that needed by the existence of an analysis to determine combination of is amount of product so that can assist company in reaching advantage goals which is optimal.
Pursuant to situation of the company hence searched by trouble-shooting to combination optimalisasi of is amount of product with approach of Linear Programming use program package of QSB+ 3.0. Before doing/conducting data processing with approach of Linear Programming hence done/conducted by data processing of sale of is each type of paving stone for period one started previous year from June 2004 up to May 2005 by using method forecasting of Moving average and Exponential Smoothing. Result of from the forecasting used to determine boundaries (constrains) from amount of optimal production to produce.
From result of analysis obtained that combination of is amount of product which is optimaldengan use approach of Linear Programming with program of QSB+ 3.0 is : straight stone paving equal to 2524.67 m2, bishop stone paving equal to 349.6695 m2, diagonal stone paving equal to 677.35 m2, block flower stone paving equal to 508.76 m2, block grass stone paving equal to 144.36 m2, stone paving three berlian equal to 383 m2, SS stone paving equal to 275 m2. Optimal advantage to be obtained from sale entire/all stone paving is Rp. 10290189,
