This strategy weared by as measuring rod of hospital growth so that the hospital shall always improve quality SDM ( Human Resource), service and hospital facility to patient. One of service given by a hospital is seat of space await which can be used by patient to await ill medication service from home.

Hospital Dr. Soepraoen in unit of heart and disease on and the office hours always experience of improvement sum up patient. Sum up patient exceeding capacities of space await to cause facility of seat which fall short, so that in space await, patient await service stoodly. For that the researcher try to estimate amount of seat in space await.

With approach of theory of queue representing the part of discipline of science of Operation Research can be used to analyse this problems. From calculation of arrival of mean patient, service of patient of mean and assess ekspektasi which is attributed to by a characteristic operate for from model of system of queue of Multi Channel Single Phase to determine length of patient queue. Countable from here the requirement sum up seat in unit of heart and disease in.

Pursuant to analysis result which have been conducted in this research, is determinable sum up mean patient arrival (λ) = 25 patient/time, mean patient service time (μ) = 20 patient/time, assess ekspektasi E(X) = 1,383886 and the queue length (N) = 30 with cumulative value 0,688497 so that sum up place requirement required by 11 seat.
