A method that is used in this finish project of product design on Mini Market in Preseden Diagram Method (PDM), with application program Primavera Projects Planner.
Based on the analytical that have already conducted thus there are critical track on final project of design product and tracks that are not critical. These projects conducted of May 5, 2005 and finish at September 22, 2005 with project cost about Rp. 1.069.459.284,-
