With other meaning that production process represent to with refer to the way of, technique and method to create, to making and adding value utilize an service and goods by using existing sources consisting of 5M + IT ( Man, Machine, Methods, Material, Money + Time).
Just In Time represent philosophy of manufacturing owning important implementation in production management. Principal of base of just in time is productive only if there is request (system pull) and only equal to asked amount so that can improve ability of company continually for the answering of change with extravagance minimizing. Timely performance represent an size measure to assess ability an company face requirement of customer. One of the way of which can be used to make product which without handicap or mistake by applying fool proof mechanism system (poka yoke method). Poka yoke method is preventive method which designed to prevent mistake before that mistake become defect.
Mr. Pienk is company which producing woman slipper and shoe. In course of its production still there are mistakes in a number of activity operation causing production output which wish to be reached not yet fulfijled. With existence of applying of method of Poka Yoke warm-up process and assembling process hence some mistake which often happened at the process can lessen or eliminated. So that reached productivity mount to become 1,451 and yielded production output every day become 60 shoe tide.
