In industry world so many problem to rise which can be the product failed or reject and than in the production proses can take a long duration. In home industry “Family Collection” Singosari-Malang as a souvenir maker which use a real chip like this TL lamp (neon) have a problem in a burning and shaping process work station. The problem is there is no storage for a real chip, semi product, a product and the position of the operator is to humble when they work. It can be the operator become weak so fast and will feel sick if they use in a long time.
From the problem in a front so we must remarking burning and shaping process work station with ergonomic approtimation. So we can create a good, safe, health and efectif burning and shaping process work station and than we can make a burning and shaping process operator work station time quick.
From a work time balance result in a burning and shaping process before and after preparation 2,58 menit and than after preparation 2,15 menit it means this project can make the operator work time quiker 16,67% and this result can make a better condition for the operator whwen they work it can from fartique allowance before the project is 20 menit and after the project is 5 menit.
