The issue of globalization era has delivered improvement or changes to some mankind fields of life significantly. That is without any excuse, all people have to participate into the globalization. In details, job world (companies, institutions, or organizations) also does substantial changes, especially in recruiting new employees, which sets up for certain standard of job requirements of vacant position offered. Moreover, way of work of employees to be, along their training period becomes a point of consideration whether they are accepted to be employees there or not.
Communication is remain an urgent problem of the employees way of work that need to be solved soon, before it is going to be a virus that undermines whole aspects of a company for instance and destroy the existence of the company later on.
Because of the matter, communication by using logbook can be an effective media, to make the communication is transferable on the targets or goals of The Taman Dayu Club (Jack’s Bar) especially, where the writer did his On the Job Training (OJT). Logbook here means as a media to transfer information between morning shift Barmen and afternoon shift Barmen on duty. In short, it is a message or delegation book between these two work shifts.
Quite expected, the usage of the logbook can improve and increase the quality of The Taman Dayu Club human resources, in terms of work professionalism.
