Klub Bunga Butik Resort is one of famous hotel which has good reputation in Batu. It is a reason why the writer placed there. This hotel has natural structure and unique appeal that provided for the guests who needs resort in Batu.
During on the job training the writer can take some conclusions that Klub Bunga not only sells their product but they also sells good services. From the writer position that is Banquet staff. The importance thing that the writer got at there. How importance of communication ability for all staff at Klub Bunga, because automathically it can improve the quality service and get the guest satisfaction.
The writer also suggest that Klub Bunga to give more attention to struggle doing promotion to around the world, because the writer sure indeed, that they can compete with another resorts in Indonesia, even around the world.
