From On the Job Training program the writer can write his final report for fulfillment his study in D-III English Program. On the Job Training which is take in Taman Dayu Club Pandaan is replaced his as the waiter. The job training was conducted for two months, it began on 24th May 2004 and ended on 24th July 2004. During his On the Job Training, the writer felt that this program is required to the students to prove themselves in real work.
The On the Job Training program has some sognificances for the writer. First, it can be a means of giving working experience as well as training to the students so that they are able to work in any field. Second, it can be place to train them mentally and physically in real work and to aply the theory that they have got from the university. Third, it can be place for the students to learn how to adapt with environment which have various characteristic and custom. Fourth, it can be place for the writer to get more knowledge by knowing the process of work. No doubt about it, On the Job Training has big opportunities on every part.
