The motivation plays big role to get success. By giving motivation, it can stimulate employees in working optimally. It is convinced that motivation and performance are related each other. Motivation basically is a condition which can motivate and stimulate someone’s behaviour to do something by giving power or energy to reach needs and satisfaction and to get a certain purpose. Employees need to get stimulation so that they can work optimally. Besides, motivation is needed in improving performance in order to increase productivity.
