In the globalization era, competition among those looking for job becomes harder. The competitors do not just come from Indonesia but all over the world. Automatically, this condition brings some consequences. Competition in human life makes people should have good human resources. In return, globalization gives effect in their economical life. Entering free trade era, people’s economical life changes. To face this condition, people are demanded to have skill and high education.
Therefore, D3 English Program conducts a program as the effort to produce qualified graduate. The program is intended to make the students able to adjust to the global changes in various job fields. Because of the tight competition with other Universities, D3 English Program always renews the curriculum with the real works. Concerning with the tight of competition D3 English program organize On The Job Training (OJT). In this time, the writer has opportunity to do her OJT program in Board of Culture.
Malang City has a hall to keep and maintain the cultural heritage, namely “MPU PURWA Hall”. MPU PURWA Hall is a place for saving and keeping historical artifacts that have history and culture values, especially connected with the growing of Malang city since 8 M century until 1980 years. Cultural Heritage is culture wealthy nation, which has the important, meaning for development of history, knowledge, and culture, so it must be protected. To maintain cultural heritage and site in all of Indonesia Archipelago, there are many hindrances because of the climate, earthquake, time and man activity. So it is necessary to give protection and care the sake of self-individual conscious and national interest.
