On the job training is a bright program arranged by DIII English program Maerdeka University Malang. This program is good ways to promote their student and their department in society. It also can makes their student get many experience which never they get before. It makes them can add their knowledge for their future.
The Taman Dayu Club is one hospitality industry which has good reputation in Pandaan. It is a reason why the writer placed there. This industry has famous and beautiful golf course that promises the guests warm and friendly service and finest atmosphere.
During on the job training the writer can take some conclusions that The Taman Dayu Club not only sells their product but they also sells good services. It makes the writer that to built a good restaurant she should give more attention in services, because it a ways to make the guest feel comfortable.
The writer also suggest that The Taman Dayu club to give more attention in food and Beverage department, because this department can make this industry better. She also hopes The Taman Dayu club always pay attention to their staff especially waiter and waitress, to make them can give operative facilities to their guests in order to create guest satisfaction.
