Facing situation that way, step which is public to be gone through beside sharpen priority striving the make-up of management effectiveness and efficiency so that reached by optimal effectiveness of available resource. That is by applying management of known as management of project of representing one of the way of which on the market for the purpose or an method management project. Management project of representing to plan, compiling organization, leading and controling company resource to reach target short-range which have been determined. In management of project of more is emphasizing at planning and control compared to functional department and management. An operation can be conducted if planning have been conducted or made. Operation alone mean to compare what ought to happened by what have happened.
Pursuant to result of analysis which have been conducted in this research, can know that operation to the project of this development specially with curve method " S" good of labour capacity and also needed expense within measure conduct or in line with / target ( Q.C.D) which have been specified, that is :
• Time : quicker needed 1 week compared to time which have been planned.
• Expense : which needed much more small compared to company and planning get advantage equal to 10 % from value contract which have been agreed.
• Quality : as according to specification of building which have been specified in bond.
