To produce Beton and Sanitair in a good quality, CV ”WARNA INDAH” Malang needs right quality controll, so they can reduce deformity product and to prevent rise varians of product . Than product have high quality and fit with consumer demand. Because CV ”WARNA INDAH” MALANG never been using quality control so they use Taguchi Methods Signal to Noise Ratio ( S/N Ratio).
Quality engineering product of beton and sanitair do trough some fase, they are:
1. Scatter quisioner of characteristic quality from beton and sanitair that fit with consumer demand with certain scores.
2. Because those scores still in ordinal value so it will be changed into interval value using MSI Method (Methods of Successive Interval).
3. Value from MSI will be processed again using Signal to Noise Ratio Method (Nominal is The Best) to knowing which trial in characteristic quality that contain higher value so we can decide the higher rank until the lowest one.
4. Calculate of each significant trial in characteristic quality so we can get confidence interval ech troal.
5. Counting percent weight of characteristic quality each product so we can get the highest value and setting of characteristic quality factor.
The conclution from this discussion and data analized are to know which robust trial and the best setting, so they can produce high quality product that fit with consumer demand.
