PG. KREBET BARU of Bululawang Malang represent company producing especial product that is sugar of SHS 1A. In operation of quality productions, still there are some insuffiencies causing bad quality of sugar yielded. In acceptance of raw material and also production process still there are existence of some problems which not yet earned finished especially at production process of sugar that is at purification station.
Method used in operation of sugar quality, that is : (1) Method of Acceptance Sampling, where sampling used is double sampling. Sampling of Acceptance used to refuse or accept sugar cane so that got a sugar cane matching with standard. If sugar cane a lot do not fulfill criterion which have been determined by company, hence the sugar cane will be refused. Conversely, if sugar cane can fulfill criterion which have been determined by company, hence the sugar cane accepted to be milled.
(2) Statistical Process Control ( SPC) that is Check Sheet, Cusum Chart, Brainstorming, Fish Bone Diagram, and Scatter Diagram. Operation of this statistical Quality used to look for cause of problems of yangberpengaruh to quality of nira and looked for a solution utilize to finish problems that happened so that got by quality of good nira, that is nira matching with normal pH.
Pursuant to result analyse in this Final Duty, for example : at process of raw material acceptance, there are existence of sugar cane refused by its meaning the sugar cane is inclusive of sugar cane is non MBS and improper mill. factor of Cause resulting the sugar cane is inclusive of sugar cane is non MBS, for example : there are sprout, sogolon, grow on, and daduk which is disagree with rule of pursuant to criterion which have been determined by company. At production process, factors resulting quality of bad nira, that is : ( 1) Cause having an effect on significant to quality of nira having an effect on directly, for example : amount of sugar cane of is non MBS, type of sugar cane differ, sugar cane age, and mikroorganisme. ( 2) Cause having an effect on by significan tto quality of nira and have an effect on indirectly, for example : treatment of machine less, existence of machine damage, waiting period sugar cane, sum up sugar cane mill, capacities of substance of mixture differ, fidding of dregs less perfect, factor of body fatigue, existence of training less work, spirit of job differ, and mount education differ.
