Home Industrial Javanical Company is small industry producing sweet soy sauce stamp Lele. This Home Industrial managed by individualness and in production still in small scale. At production system still use equipments which the manual start to cook until packaging. So that in this industrial home still a lot of insuffiency, one of them is at station work packing. Packing station consisted of by three process that is bottle closing process, sealing process, and lable gluing process. At the moment the station work his packing operator position is siting in the floor by without using supporter facility of like desk and chair so that that matter have an in with fatigue factor, pain in bone of workmanship time and back, because worker do not continually work but after work fatigue of at station work packing become to desist and re-continued after breather. Factors causing problems of at station work packing taste this is because supporter facility existence which not yet ergonomis, because of good job system need and expected can repair yield up the production and water down workmanship to be done.
Some methods used to analyse the problem above is Data Variety Test, Data Sufficiency test, Percentile Analysis, Morphology Analysis and Stop Watch Time Study Method. This analysis done to know worker requirement of at station work packing., establishes operator body dimension used for designing new router working facility, and also to determine in working.
Based on analysis result established, it can be found that given addition instrument to ergonomy chair facility, ergonomy working table facility affects resulted production output and working productivity level. From this analysis, it is showed given changes with new router working facility, these are:
1. Decreasing normal time of 2,7018 seconds (37,1418 seconds become 34,44 seconds).
2. Decreasing standard time of 8,37 seconds (46,43 seconds become 38,06 seconds).
3. Increasing output standard of 20 units/hour 74 units become 94 units).
