Perancangan ulang fasilitas kerja router yang ergonomis pada laboratorium pengukuran dan metode kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja (CD)
Laboratory of working measurement and method is laboratory space used as practice place of timber production for student of Industry Engineering of Merdeka University of Malang. This laboratory has some machines used to production, these are router machine, cutting saw machine, drilling machine, etc. from the research, it can be found that router machine operator faces with problem, that is seeing and hearing disturbances attributable to production residuals that the machine releases, so that it can cause mistake in production and accident for operator and operator susceptible to be tired because he or she do production with standing position continuously. Therefore, it needs redesigning ergonomy router working facility to increase working productivity.
Some methods used to analyse the problem above is Instrument Reliability Test, Data Variety Test, Data Sufficiency test, Percentile Analysis, Morphology Analysis and Stop Watch Time Study Method. This analysis done to know student need of router working facility, establishes operator body dimension used for designing new router working facility, and determine working productivity level.
Based on analysis result established, it can be found that given addition instrument to router machine, ergonomy chair facility, ergonomy working table facility affects resulted production output and working productivity level. From this analysis, it is showed given changes with new router working facility, these are:
1. Decreasing normal time of 5,61 seconds (29,76 seconds become 24,15 seconds).
2. Decreasing standard time of 4,54 seconds (33,81 seconds become 29,27 seconds).
3. Increasing output standard of 36 units/day 9209 units become 245 units).
4. Increasing working productivity of 27% (1,5675 become 1,8375)
