Pengaruh Dividen Per Share (DPS)dan Return on Invesment (ROI)terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ 45 yang go public di BEJ (CD)

This research aim to test what is there is influence which is significant between Dividend Per Share (DPS) and of Return On Investment (ROI) to share price company of LQ 45 which enlist in Effect Exchange of Jakarta. Used population at research is the overall of company of LQ 45 in BEJ period 2000 - 2003. Technique intake of sample use technique of purposive sampling and becoming sample is 8 companies. Analysis technique the used is classic assumption test, analysis of multiple regressions, test of t and test F. Data processing with SPSS version 12 for windows.
Pursuant to result of examination of hypothesis pass test F obtained by F count equal to 9,854 with signification equal to 0,001. With this result hence by simultan DPS and of ROI have an effect on to share price. Result of test of t indicate that DPS by partial have an effect on significant to share price, while variable of ROI by partial do not have an effect on significant to share price. Enumeration of coefficient of determination indicate that variable proportion tied (share price) not yet enough can be explained by free variable (DPS and of ROI). Obtained by value of R2 equal to 0,405, meaning that formed model not yet earned to explain influence of free variable to variable tied, while the rest equal to 59,5% explained by other factors outside this research. In general, by relate at result of research, investor more is considering is level of dividend capable to be given by company, than monetary performance size measure like ROI.
