This Final duty aim to to make a system of cutter and sort of automatic cake base on PLC ( Programmable Logic Control ). Solution in this final duty cover scheme of miniature hardware and software. Peripheral ossify to cover konveyor, censor infra red, cutter and sort, while its software is diagram of ladder included by PLC.
Konveyor of this system is moved by motor servo. Where konveyor here function as medium of cake carrier. While censor infra red used to detect existence of incoming cake.
For cutter and sort of cake use control systems pneumatic, where at the time of control systems in a condition ON, and the spillway in a condition open, hence air of push from kompresor will emit a stream of valves and so on move cylinder and also ready to run process of amputation and cake assortment.
