Analisa Pemilihan Kemasan Biji Kopi dengan Pendekatan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Studi Kasus Home Industry Biji Kopi Cak Jhon (CD + Cetak)
Coffee is a drink made from coffee beans that have been processed to produce coffee grounds. Coffee beans have the characteristics of different types, Arabica coffee beans have a slightly sour taste while Robusta is coffee that has a bitter taste. Currently, the problem with the Cak Jhon Home Industry is the coffee bean packaging design. And based on the survey results, it was found that 47.5% were dissatisfied with coffee bean packaging and 45% were dissatisfied with coffee bean information. The purpose of this study was to determine the criteria that influence the analysis
of the selection of coffee bean packaging alternatives, determine the coffee bean packaging alternatives that can be used in the Cak Jhon Home Industry, and determine the most appropriate coffee bean packaging alternatives for the Cak Jhon Home Industry. In this study, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with 3 alternatives, namely (1) Combination Standing Pouch, (2) Aluminum Foil Standing Pouch and (3) Kraft Standing Pouch and 3 criteria, namely (1) Price, (2) Material and (3) The form is used to assist the Home Industry of Cak Jhon coffee beans in making the
decision to choose the best alternative coffee bean packaging. This study concluded that the highest weight for the criteria is the material, namely 63% and for the alternative is the combination, namely 63.5%, the result of the assessment of the selected packaging is the Standing Pouch Combination.
