This final report explained about the importance of brand image to achieve Samsung smartphone users’ satisfaction in Malang. Besides, it is expected that the readers can gain more knowledge about the importance of brand image to achieve customer satisfaction especially Samsung smartphone users’ satisfaction in Malang City. In this final report it is found that brand image of Samsung smartphone gives positive effect to achieve customer satisfaction. The positive image of Samsung smartphone comes
from the specifications of the products such as the features and design. Samsung smartphone also became a brand that is always update in terms of technology. Therefore, Samsung smartphone is really famous in young generations because they are always update of technology. The population of young generations are very high in Malang that is why brand image of Samsung is very well-known in Malang. Brand image is created by the mindset of customers based on the experience and interaction by using the products of that brand. The customer will be satisfied with a product if he or she has a good perception of a product. Brand image and customer satisfaction have a strong relationship. The customer will be considered satisfied or not it depends on their perception of the products. The formation of the brand on the product is very necessary, because it is a decision attitude to customers. Therefore, positive brand image is very necessary to attain Samsung smartphone users’ satisfaction in Malang.
